I have just arrived home from El Progresso, Honduras. I want to thank The Upward Twist for the amazing opportunity to make a difference in 32 lives this past week. We had a general surgeon and an obgyn surgeon that performed many hernia repairs, lipoma removals, and tubal ligations. Many of these people were on a long waiting list to get these needed procedures that would be done in no time in the US. It was a blessing to be able to meet their needs and take care of them. In pre-op, these patients (and family) were presented with the Gospel and were prayed over by the medical staff. The patients left the surgery center grateful.
